In March 2022, Google Poland bought the office part of The Warsaw HUB complex at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw from the developer Ghelamco for approximately EUR 583 million – this was the largest single office transaction in the history of the Polish market. Google, until then one of the complex's main tenants, announced a total investment reaching nearly USD 700 million for the purchase and further development of the facility. The two acquired towers comprise more than 90 thousand m² of office space and house Google Cloud's largest engineering center in Europe, with target space for approximately 2,500 employees.
